What does my client need to do to join a session?

After you create a session and share the invite link, your client can join from their computer or smartphone. On a computer, they open the link in their browser with no download needed. On a phone, the link guides them to the App Store or Google Play to download the free app. Once installed, they can connect to your session right away.

Can I use this for telehealth sessions?

Yes, that's what it's built for. You control the session from your device, and every adjustment syncs to your client's in real time. All you and your client need is an internet connection.

What's included for free?

What do premium features add for therapists?

Premium unlocks advanced BLS customization, client management (save client profiles, link sessions to specific clients), session notes, and session history. This lets you review past settings and repeat what worked. Premium is for therapists who want to better organize their sessions within the app and support the EMDR Tappers project.

Is EMDR Tappers HIPAA-compliant?

Yes. Sessions are encrypted, no personal health information is required to use the app. We also offer a signed Business Associate Agreement for therapists upon registration.
